We had our kitchen painted by Martin and his crew and they did a great job. The finish is great and they were very careful to tape and protect the areas not being painted. Kevin did a great job on my rental property in LA by repairing the flooring, kitchen cabinets, and breakers in bedrooms along with painting the kitchen. I have been using him for over 8 plus years. I highly recommend using him with any home repairs.
They did a great job at communicating during the job every step of the way. Our painter showed up on time and respected our space and left it clean. As far as paint jobs go, I think they did well. I didn’t see any splatter or unevenness. Would hire them again when I want some other rooms painted.

Site Visit & Estimate
We evaluate the property, take measurements, and prepare a professional estimate with a detailed Scope of Work.

Review & Agreement
We review the estimate with the client, answer questions, and make the necessary adjustments until an agreement is reached.

Contract & Documentation
We prepare the contracts, Scope of Work, payment schedule, terms, lien documents, and other required documentation. Any additional change must be handled through a written Change Order.

Scheduling, Plans & Permits
Once the documents are signed, we schedule the start date and begin the permit, plan, and inspection process when required.

Construction Begins
We begin the project according to the approved Scope of Work while maintaining communication with the client throughout the process.

Progress Payments
Payments are made according to project progress and the payment schedule established in the contract.

Change Orders
Any additional work, material change, or project modification is documented and approved in writing before the work is performed.

Inspections & Quality Control
We coordinate required inspections and continually review the quality and details of the work.

Final Walkthrough
Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to confirm that the Scope of Work has been completed.

Project Closeout
Final inspections, final payment, and the corresponding documentation are completed.
